PanMarie Studio (the "Studio"; contact: https://felestia.panmarie.com/support) sets out in this Policy how user information is handled in the app "Felestia" (the "App").

2. Personal Data We Collect: None

The Studio does not collect any personal data through the App.

3. Everything Stays on Your Device

Your date of birth, time and place of birth, names (your Oracle Cat’s name and what it calls you), and settings are stored only on your device and are never transmitted anywhere. All fortune calculations are performed on the device itself, and no network communication takes place for them.

4. No One Can Access It — Not Even Us

Because the information above exists only on your device, no one — including the Studio — can view or obtain it.

5. No Sharing or Selling to Third Parties

The Studio does not provide, sell, or share user information with any third party. The App contains no advertising SDKs, analytics, or tracking tools of any kind.

6. Cookies, Identifiers, and Tracking

The App does not use cookies, advertising identifiers, or any other tracking technologies.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Data is kept only on your device. Deleting the App, or choosing "Start Over" in Settings, erases all of it. There is no Studio server, so no data remains anywhere.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from children (as stated above, the Studio collects no personal information from anyone).

9. For California Residents

Because the Studio does not collect, sell, or share personal information, there is no data subject to consumer rights requests under the CCPA/CPRA.

10. Handling under Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information

Because the Studio does not obtain or hold user information, there is no retained personal data subject to requests for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion.

11. Security

Your data is protected by your device’s own security features (such as your passcode). We recommend keeping your device’s protection enabled.

12. Changes to This Policy

The Studio may update this Policy as necessary. The latest version will always be posted within the App, and material changes will be announced in the App.

13. Governing Language

The Japanese version of this Policy is the governing text; translations are provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Japanese version shall prevail.

Handling of Information on This Website

Information entered into the contact form on this website (felestia.panmarie.com) — namely your name, email address, and message — is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

The information collected when you register for release notifications on this website is limited to your email address, the language of the page at the time of registration, and a code corresponding to the country of connection; no IP address or other communication data is stored. The information collected is used solely to send notice of the app's release and other announcements concerning the app, and is not provided to any third party except as required by law.

If you wish to have your release-notification registration deleted, please indicate so through the contact form, and it will be deleted promptly.
